Our Business

We adopt a sector-agnostic approach and consider global opportunities for principal investment alongside our financial sponsors and strategic co-investors. We pride ourselves on discretion and seek to leverage our global network to pursue strategic and tactical opportunities in markets, sectors or companies that have suffered an economic, shareholder and/or financing crisis resulting in a dislocation arbitrage between asset pricing and fundamental value.
